Gregg Alwine
CEO
Corsis Technology Services, Inc.
Gregg has been on the Advisory Board of Corsis since 1998
and joined the company full time as CEO in early 2001.
Gregg brings to Corsis an exceptionally strong track record
in the management and growth of marketing and technology service
businesses. Prior to Corsis, Gregg served as Executive Vice
President and CTO of Aspen Marketing (#4 promotion agency
in the country by PROMO Magazine in 2000), directing the agency's
technology services, business development and agency acquisition
efforts.
Gregg is also a successful entrepreneur. As an owner of B-12
Promotions, one of the nations top promotion agencies and
a 1999 PROMO Magazine "Hot Shop," Gregg extended B-12's capabilities
while stabilizing and expanding the agency's service offerings
and client base. Earlier, Gregg served as Vice President of
Integrated Media Promotions at Marden-Kane, Inc., a leading
promotional marketing agency, providing integrated technology
and marketing solutions to over 200 of the Fortune 500 list.
Gregg is an accomplished marketing professional and technology
architect. He is remarkably skilled at channeling technology
solutions into comprehensive, sales-generating marketing vehicles.
Jorge Contreras, Jr.
Vice Chairman, Internet and E-Commerce Group
Hale and Dorr LLP
Mr. Contreras, a senior partner in Hale and Dorr's Corporate
Department, is Vice Chair of the firm's Internet and E-Commerce
Group and a member of the Technology Transactions and Licensing
Group. His practice concentrates on technology agreements,
international law and corporate law. He has represented U.S.
and international clients in connection with a wide variety
of technology and corporate matters, including licensing,
development, joint ventures, manufacturing, outsourcing, R&D;
and technology acquisitions. His clients are active in the
fields of computer software, services and hardware, semiconductor
devices and equipment, online content delivery, bioinformatics
and genomics.
He has spoken at Harvard, MIT, the London School of Economics,
the International Bar Association, and the Computer Law Association.
In 1999, he was a fellow at the Harvard Law School Berkman
Center for Internet and Society, where he has continued his
involvement with issues of Internet governance and education.
He is a former member of the Advisory Board of MIT Enterprise
Forum, Inc. and the Boards of the Latino Professional Network
and Massachusetts Association of Hispanic Attorneys. In 2000,
he was selected by the Boston Business Journal as one of the
top "40 Under 40" business professionals in the city.
Mr. Contreras received a J.D. degree, cum laude, in 1991
from Harvard Law School. He received a B.S. degree, cum laude,
in electrical and computer engineering, and a B.A. degree
in English, cum laude, from Rice University. He joined Hale
and Dorr in 1992 and became a senior partner in 1999.
Scott A. Ernst

Scott Ernst advises technology clients on exposures and coverage
issues for a broad range of insurance products including Directors
and Officers Liability, Fiduciary, Errors & Omissions, Employment
Practices Liability, Network Security Liability and Specialty
Technology Property and Casualty coverages. Scott has over
15 years of specialty experience in the insurance industry
working both for insurance companies and commercial brokerage
firms-. Mr. Ernst is a regular author and speaker on insurance
topics. He has spoken on insurance topics at seminars sponsored
by the Professional Liability Underwriting Society, the New
York State Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association,
and the New Jersey Insurance Coverage Institute. Mr. Ernst
is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society
and has served as Chairman of the society's Eastern Region
Chapter. Scott received his undergraduate degree from The
University of Michigan Graduate School of Business.
Bill McQuaide
Senior Vice President, Authentication Products Division
RSA Security
Bill McQuaide has been with RSA Security since 1997 and has
12 years experience in high technology companies including
product management, marketing and general management. Previously,
Bill served as vice president of product marketing, responsible
for the development of product strategy and plans for RSA
Security's four product lines, RSA SecurID authentication,
RSA ClearTrust WEB access mamagement, RSA BSAFE encryption,
and RSA Keon digital certificate management. Prior to joining
RSA Security, Bill worked at the Hewlett-Packard Company,
where he held the position of product marketing manager and
was responsible for the company's technical workstation and
server products. Before that, he held a variety of marketing
and management positions within other high technology firms,
including Data General Corp., Stardent Computer and Apollo
Computer. Bill holds BS and MBA degrees from the University
of Massachusetts.
